Tonya serves as the First Kids Director. She is passionate about working with parents and children of all ages. She has earned a BA in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Reading Education. Tonya has taught in higher education for over 15 years, focusing on teacher education courses. Tonya has served in kid, student, and adult ministries for years. She finds great joy in serving the Lord through teaching and serving others. Tonya is excited about coming alongside parents on their journey of discipling their children. She hopes to encourage parents and children to grow in their relationship with Jesus. Tonya and her husband, Travis, have two sons, Wyatt and Brody. They enjoy spending time at the beach and having family game nights. |
