Financial Planning Ministry (FPM) is one of our ministry partners. FPM exists to help members of churches become faithful, biblical stewards as it relates to their estate planning. Many people when they hear the word “estate” automatically write if off because it sounds fancy, complicated, and like something only rich people do. However, estate planning is important for everyone as it allows people to make plans about their future and answer some really significant questions about end of life. Whether it’s who will take care of your children in your absence, how to prevent Uncle Sam taking more taxes than necessary, or how to leave generous gifts to your church, everyone needs to be thinking about estate planning. It’s our joy at First Baptist to offer this free service to all of our members as we seek to become faithful, biblical stewards of what God has given us.
