First Baptist Church of Jacksonville is eager to partner with like-minded ministries and organizations at our upcoming Marriage Conference. Sponsorship Packages
Below are listed several options for sponsorship packages; we want to make it very clear that these are not static but are completely customizable as we work to ensure you the most impact at our conference.
Evening Session Sponsor – $1,000 (Friday)

EXHIBIT SPACE
Table Set up Times: Due to the nature of the weekend and multiple attendee track options, please plan to set up your table during the following windows:
- Wednesday, February 15 • 1PM-5PM
- Thursday, February 16 • 11:30AM-1:00PM • 5:00PM-7:00PM
- Friday, February 17 • 11:30AM-5:00PM
Tables must remain up through the opening of our final plenary session and be completely torn down by 5PM Saturday.

All material must be formatted within safe title range. Please use a readable font size that is visible and legible from a distance. There may be an extra charge to your sponsorship for any corrections required by failing to meet this criteria.
Video

All videos should be 16:9 aspect ratio, ideally 1920 x 1080 or greater resolution, and the video codec needs to be Windows/Quicktime compatible and specifically NOT Apple ProRes. (Preferred codecs are Photo JPEG or Animation at 75% quality.) Failure to do so will relieve us of responsibility for showing the video or incur a charge to properly prepare the content.

Please provide a file for EACH type of ad you have purchased. Files can be sent digitally via dropbox or by email to Christine Lamoreux at christinel@fbcjax.com (if file size permits). All print files must be in high-res JPEG, TIFF, PDF, or PSD formats.
