If you said “yes” to any of these, this mentoring program is for you. Apples of Gold is a seven-week nurturing program for women (under age 40).

Titus 2:3-5: “Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.”

Registration for the Fall 2010 classes will begin in July.

Older experienced women love, teach, and pamper younger women. They nurture and encourage them to obey the word of God.  Classes meet once a week in a home setting.

   Loving Your Children

   Purity

   Hospitality

Classes meet in homes throughout the Jacksonville area once a week for seven weeks.  The first week is the “Applesauce” meeting, which is a get-acquainted time.  During the next six weeks the six lessons are covered.

 

All Fall 2009 classes meet in the evening, from 5:30 to 8:30.

   1st hour:  cooking demonstration

   2nd hour:  lesson discussion

   3rd hour:  dinner and “Table Talk”

 

The cost is $35.00 per person and includes six meals, the Apples of Gold book, and a notebook.
